Worms

Worms is a 2D turn-based artillery strategy game developed by Team17 and published by Ocean Software, pitting teams of armed worms against each other across destructible landscapes in a game supporting up to sixteen players. This original PAL release is dated 10th December 1995 and covers the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands.

This variant is presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with a single disc and no hologram on the case. The release is English-language only. No loose paperwork, case stickers, or bundled demo discs are included. Research notes confirm this as an original release in the standard single-disc Full Jewel PAL format. It is one of two original PAL pressings catalogued for the game, the other using a Multiway Jewel One Disk case, making the case format the key distinguishing feature between the two earliest variants. Later reprints and budget re-releases under Infogrames added a hologram to the case.
