Viewpoint

Viewpoint is an isometric scrolling shooter originally developed by Aicom for Neo Geo arcade hardware, with the PlayStation version developed by Visual Concepts and published by Electronic Arts. This original PAL release is dated 1st June 1996 and covers the UK, France, Germany, and Spain.

This variant is presented in a Full Jewel Black Bordered PAL case, a format associated with a number of early Electronic Arts PAL releases of the mid-nineties, housing a single disc with no hologram on the case. The release is English-language only. An EA No. 1 Catalogue is included as loose paperwork. No case stickers or bundled demo discs are present. This black-bordered case variant shares its serial and EAN barcode with the standard Full Jewel PAL edition of the same game, making the case format itself the primary means of distinguishing between the two catalogued original pressings.
