True Pinball

True Pinball is a pinball simulation developed by Digital Illusions and published by Ocean, featuring four tables rendered in 2D or 3D, each with its own themed music and sound design, and support for up to six balls in play at once. It is an enhanced version of Pinball Illusions, released for PlayStation and Sega Saturn in 1996.

This is the original launch edition of True Pinball for the PAL region, released on 1st May 1996 across the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands. It comes in a Full Jewel PAL case with no hologram, which distinguishes it from the later Platinum and Best Of Infogrames re-releases that carry holograms on their cases. The disc count is one, with English as the sole supported language. No loose paperwork, case stickers, or bundled demo discs are included. As the earliest documented PAL release of the title, this original no-hologram variant holds the most interest for collectors focused on first-edition physical releases.
