The lenticular cover produces a shifting image effect depending on the viewing angle, making this a visually distinctive pressing compared to the standard inlay version catalogued separately. The case is a Full Jewel PAL format containing a single disc, in English only, with no hologram on the case exterior. A Total NBA ‘96 sticker sheet is included as loose paperwork, and an Official Licensed NBA Product Hologram 1996 sticker is documented on the case. No bundled demo discs are present.
