Shockwave Assault

Shockwave Assault is a science fiction combat flight simulation developed by Advanced Technology Group and published by Electronic Arts, tasking players with piloting a futuristic fighter plane across two disc-spanning campaigns, first liberating Earth from alien forces and then pushing the battle onwards to Mars.

This original PAL release, issued on 16 February 1996, covers the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands in a single pressing. It comes in a Multiway Jewel Two Disk case with no hologram on the case, housing both game discs as required by the title’s structure. The release is English-language only. A copy of the EA No. 1 Catalogue is included as loose paperwork, making this release a useful document of Electronic Arts’ early PlayStation line-up alongside the game itself. No case stickers or bundled demo discs accompany this variant. As the only PAL variant catalogued for this title, it represents the definitive physical release for PAL region collectors.
