Resident Evil

Resident Evil is the landmark 1996 survival horror game developed by Capcom Production Studio 4 and published in Europe by Virgin Interactive, following S.T.A.R.S. operatives Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine as they investigate a zombie-infested mansion outside Raccoon City. The title defined the survival horror genre on PlayStation.

This is a European original release intended for the Italian and Spanish markets, carrying serial SLES-00200. It is housed in a Full Jewel PAL case containing a single disc, with no hologram on the case. Spanish and Italian are the supported languages. As noted in research, the front cover carries notices confirming a Spanish-language manual and an Italian-language manual are included, while the rear confirms the software itself is in English.
