This is the UK Value Series Black Label budget edition, released on 22 September 2000 as part of Codemasters’ own budget label. It carries the variant serial suffix SLES-00016#, distinguishing it from the original mini jewel and Platinum full jewel pressings. The release is housed in a Full Jewel PAL case with a hologram on the case, and contains a single disc. Language support covers English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. Loose paperwork includes the Micro Machines V3 registration card. No case stickers or bundled demo discs are present.
