Micro Machines V3 is a miniature-scale racing game developed and published by Codemasters, the first three-dimensional title in the series, featuring 48 household-scale courses and adding weapons and power-ups to the classic Micro Machines racing formula.

This is the Italian Value Series Black Label budget edition, released on 22 September 2000 as part of Codemasters’ own late-generation budget range. It uses the variant serial suffix SLES-00016#, distinguishing it from the original and Platinum pressings. The release is housed in a Full Jewel PAL case with a hologram on the case, and contains a single disc. Language support covers English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. Loose paperwork includes the Micro Machines V3 registration card. No case stickers or bundled demo discs are present. The Italian Value Series pressing carries its own EAN barcode (5024866241570) and is one of fifteen PAL variants catalogued for this title.
