Micro Machines V3 is a miniature-scale racing game developed and published by Codemasters, bringing the beloved series into three-dimensional environments for the first time with weapons, power-ups and 48 creatively scaled courses set across domestic household locations.

This is the UK Platinum budget re-release edition, dated 1 February 1998. It is housed in a Full Jewel PAL case with a hologram on the case, and contains a single disc. The release supports English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. Loose paperwork includes the Micro Machines V3 registration card, and the case carries a round silver press-quote sticker, replacing the gold sticker found on the original launch edition. No bundled demo discs are present. The UK Platinum pressing carries a unique EAN barcode (5024866240191) and is one of fifteen PAL variants catalogued for Micro Machines V3.
