Loaded is a science fiction-themed top-down shooter developed and published by Gremlin Interactive, featuring six unconventional anti-hero characters navigating mission-based stages in a darkly humorous sci-fi universe inspired by DC’s Vertigo Comics. The game was well received at launch for its frantic gameplay and distinctive visual style.

This is the Platinum budget re-release edition, dated 1 August 1997, distributed across the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Finland and Norway. The release supports English, French and German. It is housed in a Full Jewel PAL case carrying a hologram on the case, and contains a single disc. As with the original edition, this release includes the dual manual arrangement in the double box, covering Western European and Nordic languages across two separate booklets. Loose paperwork includes a Gremlin PWEI Play It registration card, a yellow-text black PWEI leaflet, a PWEI promotional leaflet, and a Gremlin Bristol Play It registration card. No case stickers or bundled demo discs are present.
