Loaded is a science fiction-themed top-down shooter developed and published by Gremlin Interactive, placing players in control of one of six grotesque and darkly comedic characters as they battle through mission-based stages to defeat the intergalactic villain F.U.B. The game, which carries influences from DC’s Vertigo Comics line, was notable for its over-the-top violence and macabre humour.

This is the original PAL launch edition, released on 10 February 1996 and distributed across the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Finland and Norway. The release supports English, French and German. It is housed in a Multiway Jewel Two Disk case with no hologram on the case, containing a single disc. A notable physical characteristic of this release is the dual manual arrangement housed in the double box, with one manual covering English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Dutch, and a second covering Norwegian, Swedish and Danish. Loose paperwork includes a Gremlin PWEI Play It registration card, a yellow-text black PWEI leaflet, and a PWEI promotional leaflet. No case stickers or bundled demo discs are present.
