Hi-Octane

Hi-Octane is a vehicular combat racing game developed by Bullfrog Productions and published by Electronic Arts, featuring armoured hovercars on wide open tracks in a fast and weapon-heavy format. This original PAL release is dated 1st December 1995 and covers the UK, France, Germany, and Spain.

The game is presented in a Full Jewel Black Bordered PAL case with a single disc and no hologram on the case. The black-bordered jewel case is a format associated with several early Electronic Arts PAL releases of this period. Language support spans English, French, German, and Spanish. No loose paperwork, case stickers, or bundled demo discs are included, though research notes raise the possibility of Bullfrog promotional leaflets being present in some copies, which has not yet been confirmed. This is the only PAL variant catalogued for Hi-Octane, making it the sole known physical European edition of the title.
