Gunship

Gunship is a combat helicopter flight simulator developed and published by MicroProse Software. The 1996 PlayStation release builds upon the earlier Gunship 2000 and puts players in the cockpit of an AH-64 Apache, navigating complex combat missions against enemy targets across varied terrain.

This original PAL release, dated 15 June 1996, is the UK-specific pressing within the three catalogued PAL variants for the title. It is presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with no hologram on the case and contains a single disc. The game supports five languages: English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. A round white case sticker marked “90% Play” is noted on this variant. No loose paperwork or bundled demo discs are included. The UK pressing is distinguished from the France-Germany and Italy-Spain editions by its unique EAN barcode. For collectors, this is the primary UK edition and the most likely variant to be found in British collections.
