Firestorm: Thunderhawk 2

Firestorm: Thunderhawk 2 is a combat flight simulation game developed and published by Core Design, serving as the sequel to Thunderhawk AH-73M and known in North America as Thunderstrike 2. The title saw release across PlayStation, Sega Saturn, and MS-DOS in 1995, placing players in command of a military helicopter through a series of combat missions.

This is the German Value Series Ricochet budget re-release, carrying serial SLES-00144. It is housed in a Full Jewel PAL case containing a single disc, with a hologram on the case. German is the sole language. As noted in research, the German version features a distinctive red keylined Thunderhawk logo on the front cover and carries the notice “Komplete in Deutsch.” No loose paperwork, case stickers, or bundled demo discs are present. Twelve PAL variants of Firestorm: Thunderhawk 2 are catalogued in total, with this Value Series Ricochet edition representing one of the later budget re-releases in the game’s extensive PAL release history.
