Fade to Black

Fade to Black is a 1995 action-adventure game developed by Delphine Software International and published by Electronic Arts, and the sequel to the celebrated Flashback. The game places Conrad B. Hart in a fully 3D environment, representing a significant technical step forward from its 2D predecessor, with gameplay spanning combat, exploration, and puzzle-solving.

This is the European original release covering the UK, Germany, Italy, Sweden, and Spain, carrying serial SLES-00209 and released on 1 July 1996. It is housed in a Full Jewel PAL case containing a single disc, with no hologram on the case. Languages supported include English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. Loose paperwork consists of an EA No. 1 Catalogue insert, which collectors should confirm for completeness. No case stickers or bundled demo discs are present. Six PAL variants of Fade to Black are catalogued in total, and this original no-hologram pressing is the primary launch edition, physically distinct from the later Platinum and budget re-releases by the absence of a case hologram.
