ESPN Extreme Games

ESPN Extreme Games is a sports racing game developed by SISA and published by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, covering the disciplines from the 1995 Summer X Games including in-line skating, street luge, skateboarding, and mountain biking. Players race and battle across international courses in a game that blends sporting competition with aggressive combat mechanics.

This is the sole known PAL Original release, covering the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, and Norway. It is presented in a Full Jewel PAL case containing a single disc, in English only, and carries no hologram on the case. No loose paperwork, case stickers, or bundled demo discs are documented. The recorded release date is 15 December 1995. The ESPN licence used in this release was subsequently removed from later re-releases under the 1Xtreme branding, making the PAL Original the only version to carry the ESPN name, adding a small degree of collector significance to this otherwise straightforward single-variant pressing.
