Defcon 5 is a 1995 action-adventure game developed by Millennium Interactive and published by Psygnosis, available on PlayStation, Sega Saturn, MS-DOS, and 3DO. The game blends first-person shooter and base management elements, with the player shuttling between manned exterior turrets and navigating a labyrinthine base interior, managing security systems and card keys to survive an escalating attack.

This is the Italian original release, carrying serial SLES-00146 and released on 24 November 1995. It is housed in a Multiway Jewel One Disk case containing a single disc, with no hologram on the case. Italian is the sole language. No loose paperwork, case stickers, or bundled demo discs are included. Five PAL variants of Defcon 5 are catalogued in total, with individual country-specific editions for Italian, Spanish, German, and French markets alongside a broader release, making this Italian Multiway Jewel pressing one of the more regionally specific copies for collectors to seek out.
