Actua Soccer: Club Edition is a football simulation developed and published by Gremlin Graphics, offering the 20 English Premiership clubs in place of the international teams from the original Actua Soccer, alongside updated commentary and historical Premiership data. The title was among the first fully polygonal football games on PlayStation.

This is the French Core Multipack edition, carrying serial SLES-00190. It is housed in a Full Jewel PAL case containing a single disc, with a hologram on the case. English is the sole language. Loose paperwork includes a Gremlin Information Leaflet and a Black Label Bottom insert. No case stickers or bundled demo discs are present.
