Loaded is a science fiction-themed top-down multidirectional shooter developed and published by Gremlin Interactive, featuring six darkly comic playable characters with origins drawn from DC’s Vertigo Comics imprint, with character contributions from Garth Ennis and Greg Staples. The game blends mission-based objectives with relentless enemy encounters and macabre humour across a single-player campaign and two-player mode.

Three PAL variants are catalogued in the database, covering territories including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Finland and Norway. Release types span an original launch edition, a Sony Platinum budget re-release, and a Zoo Classics edition published under the Zoo Digital Publishing label.
