Hi-Octane is a vehicular combat racing game developed by Bullfrog Productions and published by Electronic Arts, built on the engine from Bullfrog’s earlier Magic Carpet and featuring heavily armed hovercars competing across wide, open tracks. The game was released in 1995 for PlayStation, Sega Saturn, and MS-DOS, and was noted for its speed and track openness, though it faced tough competition from the better-received Wipeout.

The game is presented in a Full Jewel Black Bordered PAL case with a single disc and no hologram on the case, a packaging format associated with several early PAL Electronic Arts releases.
