Terry Pratchett's Discworld

Discworld is a point-and-click adventure game developed by Teeny Weeny Games and Perfect 10 Productions and published by Psygnosis. Based on Terry Pratchett’s beloved novel series, the game casts players as Rincewind the wizzard, voiced by Eric Idle, as he works to prevent a dragon from terrorising the city of Ankh-Morpork, drawing on plot threads from several Discworld novels with its central story loosely inspired by Guards! Guards!

Two PAL variants are currently catalogued in the database. Both are original release editions distributed across a wide range of European territories including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Finland and Norway. Across these releases, the game was made available in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. All known variants use the Full Jewel PAL case format housing a single disc, with no hologram on the case. Documented loose paperwork includes a manual registration card specific to the Discworld release, and no bundled demo discs have been recorded. The earliest PAL release is dated 15 October 1995. As a well-regarded mid-1990s licensed adventure title with a dedicated fanbase, Discworld retains strong collector interest.
